Return Policy
NO RETURNS WITHOUT SALES RECEIPT. If you are not completely satisfied with your PURCHASE, you have (2) days for any returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be new and returned in their original product packaging. Products that are not in resalable condition or that have been damaged or worn cannot be returned. The following items are not returnable: bathroom equipment, stockings, open packages, and any type of items that come in DIRECT contact with skin.

NO RETURNS WITHOUT SALES RECEIPT. If you are not completely satisfied with your PURCHASE, you have (2) days from the date of delivery or purchase to return the item with a 25% restocking fee. Delivery and setup fees are non refundable. If (2) days has past, no return/refunds will be accepted. Non-returnable items such as suction machine, nebulizers, air mattresses, alternating pressure pads, gel mattresses, mattresses (any type) and hoyer lift slings. Anything in contact with skin or bodily fluids etc.
